Step 2: Interviews
A recruiter will contact you to start the interview process. Be prepared to discuss your skills and experiences. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. We encourage you to ask questions about job requirements, the type of work you would be expected to do, and your team. Upon completion of the interview process, we will determine if an offer will be extended to you.
Step 3: Offer Process
The hiring manager and interviewers will make the final hiring decision. Applicants who are interviewed will be notified once the recruiting process has concluded, and the top candidate will receive an offer. Upon acceptance of our offer, your recruiter will help you coordinate your start date and you will be contacted by a Staffing Coordinator to walk you through the next steps.
Step 4: Pre-Employment Testing
All offers are contingent on successfully completing the onboarding process, which includes a background screening, health screen, drug test and other job-related requirements.
Step 5: Start

The Oncology and Post-Surgical unit specializes in oncological care and chemotherapy. This unit treats a variety of medical diagnoses with surgical incision care, drain care, ostomy and ileal conduit care, blood product and TPN administration. We collaborate with the palliative care provider team to provide comfort care to the palliative care/hospice care population, as well as education and guidance to our patients and family members regarding end-of-life decisions.
Orthopedic-Neuro Unit
This unit is an Orthopedic Center of Excellence and a Bariatric Center of Excellence for post-surgical joint replacements, spine interventions and bariatric surgical patients. Nurses on our orthopedic-spine unit are members of an integral team of health professionals (physicians, RNs, LPNs, SNAs, CNAs, HUCs, PTs and OTs) that provide the most comprehensive care to its clients and their families.
Step-Down Unit
The Step-Down Unit specializes in treating severe respiratory, hemodynamic, neurologic, gastrointestinal, urologic and metabolic illnesses. This unit also cares for stable tracheostomy patients on ventilators.
Complex Medical – Neuro Unit
The Complex Medical Unit treats patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, COPD, CHF, acute and chronic renal failure, cellulitis, gastrointestinal bleeds acute and chronic liver failure and other generalized medical conditions.
Post Intervention Unit
The Cardiac Telemetry Specialty Unit treats patients presenting with chest pain or unstable angina as well as those recovering for placement of cardiac stents, permanent pacemakers or AICDS.
Intermediate Care Unit
The Intermediate Care Unit treats patients undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass surgery, TAVR, Mitral Valve Clipping, VATS procedure, Thoracotomies and Vascular procedures.
Critical Care Unit
The Critical Care Unit specializes in high-level care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. The Critical Care Unit consists of Coronary Artery Bypass patients, Impellas, IABP and continuous renal replacement therapy.
Express Admissions Unit
The Express Admissions Unit is a link between outpatient and inpatient departments. Nursing staff members complete admission assessments, start ordered therapies and implement plans of care while patients wait on regular nursing unit beds.
Cardiology Unit
The Cardiology Unit specializes in cardiac, pulmonary, renal, stable tracheostomies (no ventilator patients) and care for pre/post hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Emergency Department
The Emergency Department is a fast-paced, high-energy department that treats both adults and pediatric patients. Our staffing plan includes team nursing by utilization of zones. This includes 2 RNs, 1 tech, and a physician or provider. We have a robust education and orientation program specific to Emergency Nursing.
Senior Behavioral Health
The Senior Behavioral Health unit is dedicated to serving patients ages 55 and older, where nurses treat a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses including Dementia, Depression, Suicide, Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorders. This unit offers staff the ability to combine medical and behavioral health nursing. We collaborate with both physicians and families for the best outcome for our patients.
Operating Room
Operating Rooms specialize in orthopedics, cardio-vascular, robotics, gynecology, urology general, ENT, plastic, neuro and vascular.
Float Pool
The Float Pool is a support department that consists of nurses with a wide range of skill sets that are trained to staff the Critical Care and/or Acute Care areas.
