Welcome to the Covenant Health Registered Nurse Loyalty Incentive Program

  • Internal employees at Covenant Health who are pursuing or considering a career as a Registered Nurse (RN) are now eligible for an exciting program designed exclusively for you
  • This program is crafted to support your journey towards becoming an RN while rewarding your dedication to Covenant Health. Here’s what our program entails:

Program Highlights:

At Covenant Health, we believe in nurturing our own talent and fostering growth within our community. Our Registered Nurse Loyalty Incentive Program is tailor-made for our employees who are on the path to becoming RNs.

  • Financial Incentives: Qualifying new RNs will receive an additional $1/hour added to their base rate throughout the progression of the Step Rate Program. This extra incentive will be applicable at all stages of the program until you reach the top tier of the Step Rate Program. This is in addition to any experience credit you receive through the current prior experience chart. This is a testament to your dedication and hard work.
  • One-Time Bonus: We understand that pursuing an RN career comes with its own set of expenses, from new scrubs to stethoscopes and more. That’s why we are pleased to offer a one-time bonus of $650. This bonus is designed to assist you with incidental expenses that may arise during your journey to becoming an RN.

Qualification Requirements:

We believe in rewarding your dedication. To qualify for the Registered Nurse Loyalty Incentive Program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • You must have worked continuously with Covenant Health for at least 1  year.
  • You must have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours within that year.
  • Your work status – whether full-time, part-time, or PRN – doesn’t affect your eligibility. What matters is the number of hours you’ve worked and the 1 year status.

Eligible Job Roles: The jobs that qualify for the Incentive Program are*:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Paramedic
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech)
  • Patient Care Assistant (PCA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Medical Assistant (MA)
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Your Path to Success:

  1. Enrollment: If you’re an internal employee at Covenant Health with aspirations of becoming an RN, you automatically qualify for our Registered Nurse Loyalty Incentive Program.
  2. Qualification: As long as you’ve worked continuously with us for at least 1 year and logged a minimum of 1,000 hours within that year, you’re eligible for the program.
  3. Financial Rewards: Enjoy the $1/hour bonus, on top of prior experience credit, as you work your way through the Step Rate Program.
  4. One-Time Bonus: Upon earning your RN license, you’ll receive a one-time bonus of $650, assisting you with expenses tied to your new role.
