Covenant Health Named One of “America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals”

October 2025 – Covenant Health was recently named one of “America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals” by Forbes. It ranked 25^th out of 250 healthcare employers on the inaugural list for prioritizing the needs and wellbeing of its staff. This is the 11^th “Best Employer” recognition from Forbes the health system has received.

The “America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals” list was compiled based on survey responses from more than 17,000 employees working for healthcare and social services providers in the U.S. that employ at least 1,0000 people. Respondents were asked to rate their current employer on criteria including wages, working conditions, schedules, career advancement opportunities and safety. They could also rate previous healthcare employers (within the last two years) or other healthcare organizations they had familiarity with. Responses were analyzed and incorporated with survey data from the employer from the previous three years.

Covenant Health employs more than 11,000 caregivers, clinicians, employees and volunteers. It is continuously recognized as a best employer, both within the state and the country. In 2025, other Covenant Health “Best Employer” accolades include:
