Directions & Parking
Entrances to Parkwest
Parkwest Medical Center is located at 9352 Park West Blvd, in Knoxville.
- If you are experiencing an emergency please proceed to the Emergency Department entrance on the Lower Level (near parking lot A).
- All non-emergency patients and visitors should proceed to the main entrance of surgery entrance.
- For your convenience Parkwest offers free valet parking at both the main entrance and surgery entrance.
- Visit our parking page for more details about where may be the most convenient place for you to park for your visit.
Valet Hours
Free valet parking is available at the Main Entrance and Surgery Entrance of the Medical Center. As of July 20, 2026, hours of operation for valet are:
- Monday – Friday: 5 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
Campus Map
This campus map shows and overview of our campus and parking options. The surgery lot, discharge lot, emergency lot, and lots A, B & C are exclusively for use by our patients and guests.
