Volunteer Opportunities
Make a difference at one of our member organizations!
Volunteer at Covenant Health
Our volunteers donate countless hours of service to Covenant Health hospitals and facilities. Their commitment and compassion toward our patients, staff and communities are important to our member organization. Our volunteers say they enjoy making a difference in the lives of others, and they enjoy the experiences and friendships that are part of volunteering at Covenant Health. Do you have a few hours per week to volunteer at your local hospital or another Covenant Health organization?
Responsibilities for hospital volunteers vary by facility. Roles may include greeting patients, escorting people to their destinations, and serving as support persons for patients, families, visitors, staff and physicians. Volunteers may also assist in the registration and admission departments, stock supplies, or bring water and blankets to those in an inpatient room. Volunteers offer kind words to those in vulnerable situations. Volunteers play an important role in making sure patients and families are comfortable, whether in a waiting room or an individual’s hospital room.
Learn more about volunteering at the facilities below by clicking on the facility name or calling the phone number.
Teen/Junior Volunteer Programs
Donating time for community service serves as a rite of passage for many teenagers. Whether service learning is required as part of school curriculum or a teen is interested in a career in the medical field, volunteering at a Covenant Health facility can provide a wonderful learning experience.
There are several opportunities for teenagers and students to volunteer at Covenant Health. The Covenant Health locations below accept applications for teen/junior volunteers. (Age ranges vary slightly depending on location. Check with the individual facility for specific criteria and application deadlines.)
