Conveniently Self-Schedule Your Screening Mammogram

Covenant Health has launched a new self-scheduling online tool for screening mammograms. Available at select imaging locations, the online scheduling option allows you to choose which location, date and time is best for you.

Mammograms help detect cancer earlier and save lives. One in eight women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime, making early detection even more important. Covenant Health offers 2D digital and 3D (tomosynthesis) mammograms to look for abnormalities in the breast.  

The American College of Radiology recommends annual screening mammograms beginning at age 40. Those at higher risk of developing breast cancer, such as having a family history, may be recommended to start earlier.

How to Self-Schedule Your Screening Mammogram

1. Click the link below.
2. Begin typing “Mammogram” or “Mammography” in the search bar and select one of the results.
3. Choose the location and appointment availability that works best for you. Please note that appointment days and times are available after you’ve input your information.

Note: At least 365 days must have passed from your last screening mammogram.
