Mammogram Self-Scheduling is Now Available!

Covenant Health is pleased to announce that you can now self-schedule your screening mammogram at select Covenant Health locations, with more locations throughout our health system coming soon.

The American College of Radiology recommends annual screening mammograms beginning at age 40, and earlier for those at higher risk of breast cancer. Mammograms help detect cancer earlier and save lives.

How to Schedule Your Mammogram:

1. Click the link below.
2. When prompted, type “Mammogram” or “Mammography” into the search bar.
3. Choose the location and appointment availability that works best for you!

Please note: At least 365 days must have passed since your last screening mammogram.
