Interim Hospital Leaders Named to Permanent Administrative Positions

Covenant Health has announced that four senior leaders serving in interim hospital administrative roles will assume permanent leadership roles at those facilities.

Effective immediately, Gaye Jolly, acting CAO at LeConte Medical Center, has been named the hospital’s President and Chief Administrative Officer. Jolly has served since 2012 as President and Chief Administrative Officer at Roane Medical Center. Prior to becoming a hospital administrator, Jolly was Covenant Health’s Vice President of Supply Chain Management, and also has had corporate responsibilities for operations related to business systems, reimbursement and budgeting. She joined the health system as lab manager at Parkwest Medical Center in 1991.

Jason Pilant, acting CAO at Roane Medical Center, has been named President and Chief Administrative Officer at the hospital. Pilant previously served as Roane’s Chief Operations Officer, and also has served as Covenant Health’s Director of Supply Chain Operations and Director of Materials at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.

Carol Pahde is now Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at LeConte Medical Center. Prior to her new role at LeConte, Pahde was Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Fort Loudoun Medical Center. She previously was Director of Nursing at Baptist Medical Group, Memphis.

Suzanne Miller is now Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Fort Loudoun Medical Center. Miller began her Covenant Health nursing career at Parkwest Medical Center in 1998 and previously served as Director of Patient Care Services at Parkwest.
