FLAME Award Winner- Sleep Center

Sometimes it takes a team effort to overcome obstacles. Congratulations to these staff members from our sleep center for their recent FLAME award! The team was nominated for going above and beyond to ensure a patient was able to receive the care they needed. After missing several appointments, the team worked with the patient’s schedule to make sure they were able to keep their appointment. At the appointment, the patient’s paperwork was incomplete so one team member skipped lunch and helped complete the paperwork. It’s the little things that go a long way!
