Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation | 865-344-2548

Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is available onsite for patients needing monitored exercise after suffering a heart, lung or respiratory event. Our team of trained healthcare professionals provide support and individualized treatment plans to help you get better – quicker. Available cardiopulmonary rehabilitation services include:

  • Exercise counseling and training
  • Education for healthy-heart living
  • Counseling to reduce stress

Imaging | 865-375-8279

Imaging services are provided by Covenant Health Diagnostics using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest quality imaging for better detection. Available imaging services include:

  • Bone density (DEXA)
  • CT
  • Echocardiogram
  • EKG
  • Mammogram (diagnostic, digital 2D screening, and digital 3D screening)
  • MRI
  • Stereotactic/ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
  • Ultrasound
  • X-Ray

These services require a physician referral except for screening mammography. Screening mammograms can also be self-scheduled online.

We offer medical imaging services at a discounted price for anyone paying out of pocket, whether you have healthcare insurance or not. All you need is a physician order for imaging services except screening mammogram. Visit our discounted imaging page to learn more about this service.

Covenant Therapy Center is relocating its Seymour office from 127 West Macon Lane, Suite 2 to Covenant Health South. The therapy team is ready to care for you at their new location!

Available therapy services include:

Most insurances do not require a physician referral for physical therapy. We can verify for you before your first visit.

We treat non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses that require immediate care, such as:
