FLAME Award Winners- Robin Wilson and Leigh Hoopes

Congratulations to FLAME award winners Robin Wilson and Leigh Hoopes! Wilson and Hoopes, co-workers and MRI techs, were nominated by a patient for their compassion and understanding as the patient underwent an MRI.  Scans can understandably induce anxiety in some patients, and Wilson and Hoopes recognized this and encouraged the patient throughout their experience. Their nominator said, “During the process, they were very gracious in continually checking on me to be sure I was ok.” Though we know this attitude is part of both women’s everyday demeanor, it meant the world to their patient.
