The Parkwest Comprehensive Breast Center is recognized as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR). It is a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program, offering you a full array of services to meet your breast health needs.

Self-Schedule a Mammogram Today
Covenant Health is pleased to announce that you can now self-schedule your screening mammogram at select Covenant Health locations, with more locations throughout our health system coming soon.
Please note: At least 365 days must have passed since your last screening mammogram.
Personalized, Comprehensive Breast Health Services for Women in East Tennessee
At Parkwest Comprehensive Breast Center, we tailor services to fit your individual health needs. Our convenient, Knoxville-based center provides innovative, high-quality care to women of all ages and stages of life.
You have access to an array of breast health and wellness services, including:
- Digital mammography (now available in 2D and 3D modalities). Women should begin regular mammograms between ages 35 and 40, typically having one every year after that.
- Breast ultrasound
- Stereotactic biopsy
- Bone density screenings to detect osteoporosis.
- Genetic testing to determine the likelihood of cancer to be found in your family
Plus, there are more than 50 highly skilled physicians affiliated with the breast centers at Covenant Health. Same day appointments are often available.
How do I make an appointment?
A referral is not required for tomosynthesis. To schedule an appointment, call the Parkwest Comprehensive Breast Center at 865-373-7010, or you can self-schedule a mammogram through our mammogram screenings page. Convenient appointments are available Monday – Thursday until 5:45 p.m., and on Fridays until 3:30 p.m. Have you had an excellent experience at our Breast Center?
