Membership and Licensing
- Paid Tennessee medical license and board examination fees
- Paid membership fee for the AAFP
- Paid fees for PALS, ACLS, ALSO and BLS courses
Vacation
- 20 combined time off (CTO) days per year (CTO must be submitted 3 blocks prior and only on approved rotations (Peds Outpatient, QI, Health Management, Home Health, Community Medicine, Electives, Gynecology, Surgery, Radiology, Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine)
Lab Coats
- PGY-1 residents qualify for a lab coat and scrub set reimbursement at the beginning of the academic year.
- PGY-2 & PGY-3 residents will qualify for a lab coat and scrub set or two scrub sets during the academic year.
Meal Plan
Each resident will have a meal stipend in the Methodist Medical Center’s cafeteria.
