Eligibility and Application Requirements

Requirements Include:

• Graduation from an approved medical school within the last two years
• Successful completion of USMLE, Steps 1 & 2, CS & CK – OR – COMLEX, Level 1 & 2, CE & PE, with no more than two combined failed attempts
• U.S. Citizenship or authorization to work in the United States. This program does not sponsor or accept visas of any kind
• ECFMG certification if graduation is from a foreign medical school. ECFMG certification is required prior to matriculation
• All application materials must be submitted via ERAS. Unsolicited application materials submitted via fax, email, mail, or any online resource other than ERAS will not be accepted or reviewed. We will not respond to requests for review of application materials prior to submission to ERAS
• Applicants must be eligible for licensure in Tennessee as outlined by the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners
