Covenant Homecare and Hospice Volunteer Opportunities
We invite you to be a part of our compassionate and caring team.
While our multidisciplinary clinical team provides care and comfort for patients, our volunteers provide valuable day-to-day assistance and support for patients and their families.
Some of the ways that volunteers make a difference include:
- Sharing companionship with patients and families
- Running errands
- Helping prepare meals
- Mowing lawns
- Sitting with the patient
- Offering clerical assistance in the hospice office and helping with special events

Donate Your Time at Katerpillar Kids CampThe Katerpillar Kids Camp is a camp designed to help children who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. For over 25 years, the camp has helped children experience grief in a supportive environment while making new friends and learning that they are not alone in their experience with loss.

Learn More About Our Veterans ProgramCovenant Hospice is a Level V partner — the highest designation possible — in the We Honor Veterans program, a National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and Department of Veterans Affairs initiative that supports veterans and their families during end-of-life care. The program’s goal of serving and honoring veterans when they reach the end of life is achieved through community partnerships. These partnerships educate and expand awareness of services and benefits available to veterans and their families during end-of-life care.
