Covenant Therapy Centers Workplace Solutions program consists of the following services:

Ergonomic Evaluations: These evaluations are used to identify potential situations that may results in worker injury. A complete analysis and video can be provided to the company for their review. The analysis will include data gathered in the assessment and potential hazards.

Functional Capacity Evaluations: FCE’s are 3-4 hour tests offered at Covenant Therapy Centers. They are designed to determine whether an injured employee is capable of safe return to work. These evaluation test employees in lifting capabilities, positional tolerance and mobility skills. FCE’s also help determine overall level of work and return to work status.

Post-Offer/Pre-Placement Screenings: Covenant Therapy Centers offer screens for industries to verify whether a newly hired employee can perform particular job functions.

Employee Rehabilitation: Should an accident occur, Covenant Therapy Centers offer physical therapy and occupational therapy for the injured employee. Our therapists offer an aggressive rehabilitation program to assist the employee in the earliest possible return to work.

Work Conditioning Program: Covenant Therapy Centers offers a work conditioning program designed to the individual job description. The work conditioning program is 2-3 hour/3-5 day-a-week program consisting of exercise, rehabilitation, and education for the injured employee.

Educational Seminars: These are offered to new and existing employees on multiple topics such as cumulative trauma disorders, body mechanics, ergonomics, and back and neck training. Each seminar focuses on injury prevention and exercises for the employee while providing valuable information tailored to the industry’s job requirements.
