Before Your Shoulder Surgery

These videos will demonstrate exercises that you may be requested to do after your surgery, as well as some potentially-challenging activities during healing such as removing your immobilizer, dressing, undressing, and more. You are free to also try them before your surgery to become acclimated to them.

After Your Shoulder Surgery

Your therapist or physician will advise which specific exercises you should do after your procedure.
