Ms. Crenshaw is a Nurse Practitioner with twelve years of experience in Sleep Medicine. A strong member of our Parkwest Sleep Center team, Ms. Crenshaw is committed to helping our clients successfully treat their sleep disorders.

Background

Ms. Crenshaw worked in Occupational Medicine and the Urgent Walk-in Clinic environment for eight years before joining Covenant Health.
