Home Health Services
When healing at home matters, our team comes to you. Covenant Health HomeCare brings skilled clinical care directly to your door so you can recover in the place you are most comfortable.
Care That Comes to You
Since 1978, Covenant Homecare has been East Tennessee’s largest locally owned home health provider. We bring skilled clinical care directly to your home so you can focus on recovering, not on getting somewhere.
Our caregivers coordinate with your physicians, adapt to your schedule, and build a plan around your goals. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or rebuilding strength after an illness, we meet you where you are.
What We Offer
-
1
Skilled Nursing
Registered nurses visit your home to manage medications, monitor your condition, administer treatments, and coordinate care with your physician.
-
2
Physical and Occupational Therapy
Our therapists help you regain strength, mobility, and independence after surgery, injury, or illness, in your own home, at your own pace.
-
3
Speech Therapy
Our speech-language pathologists address swallowing difficulties, communication challenges, and cognitive issues that can follow a stroke or neurological event.
-

Certified Nursing Assistants
Our nursing assistants provide personal care, bathing, and daily living support so you can stay safely and comfortably at home.
-
5
Medical Social Services
Our social workers help coordinate community resources, support systems, and practical needs so the whole family is taken care of, not just the patient.
