About Covenant HomeCare and Hospice

Covenant HomeCare and Hospice is the area’s largest locally owned home health and hospice provider, with one of the largest rehabilitation departments in East Tennessee. We care for over 4,700 patients annually in Knoxville and surrounding areas.  

Since the prgoram began in 1978, we’ve provided the highest quality of service for our patients. Whether through in-home medical care, individualized rehabilitation after injury or illness, or support for patients facing the end of life’s journey, Covenant HomeCare and Hospice puts our patients first.

Covenant HomeCare is Medicare-certified and CHAP-accredited. Our triage department is staffed with registered nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our centralized intake department processes all referrals for the convenience of patients and physicians.
