LeConte Medical Center Earns Recognition from Women’s Choice Award

January 2026 – LeConte Medical Center has been recognized as a 2026 “Best Hospital” by Women’s Choice Award® for patient safety. It ranked in the top 4% of hospitals and is also ranked in the top 10% of hospitals for mammogram imaging.

The Women’s Choice Award for Best Hospitals™ rates hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide based on metrics including relevant clinical performance, patient satisfaction and appropriate accreditations that focus on the female experience to help women make smart healthcare choices.

The annual rankings are determined based on data from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems patient satisfaction survey results, relevant accreditation information and the American Hospital Directory.

Other Covenant Health hospitals recognized include Claiborne Medical Center in Tazewell, Fort Sanders Regional and Parkwest Medical Centers in Knoxville, Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge and Roane Medical Center in Harriman.
