Covenant Health Announces Chief Nursing Officer of Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System

We are thrilled to welcome Laura Kaszer, DNP, MHA, MSN, RN, NE-BC, as the newest member of our leadership team at Covenant Health’s Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.
Kaszer brings more than 15 years of nursing leadership experience from some of the nation’s most respected health systems, including the Cleveland Clinic and HCA Healthcare. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Healthcare Systems Leadership, a dual master’s in nursing and healthcare administration, and is a board-certified nurse executive.
Throughout her career, Kaszer has built high-performing teams, improved quality outcomes and elevated patient experience across critical care, emergency services and magnet program development. Her work has driven measurable results, including reducing infection rates and nurse turnover and boosting employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
Kaszer is also a dedicated educator and mentor to the next generation of nursing leaders. She is committed to building cultures of evidence-based practice, shared governance and professional growth.
