Covenant health’s Homecare and Hospice provide a full range of in-home services.
Covenant Health’s Homecare and Hospice is the area’s largest locally owned home health and hospice provider, with one of the largest rehabilitation departments in East Tennessee. We care for over 6,000 patients annually in Knoxville and the surrounding areas.
Since the program began in 1978, we’ve provided the highest-quality service to our patients. Whether through in-home medical care, individualized rehabilitation after injury or illness, or support for patients facing the end of life’s journey, Covenant Health Homecare and Hospice puts our patients first.
Every day, our team members exemplify Covenant Health’s Pledge of Excellence and strive to honor our mission to improve the quality of life in our communities through better health. Covenant Health’s Homecare is Medicare-certified and CHAP-accredited. Our triage department is staffed with registered nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our centralized intake department processes all referrals for the convenience of patients and physicians.
