Individual therapy is a service provided by a clinical therapist to assist an individual in developing the ability to deal with disturbing thoughts and feelings.
Group therapy is a service facilitated by a clinical therapist in which several individuals with similar problems and challenges work together to develop the ability to deal with disturbing thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment where the exchange of ideas and encouragement accelerates the progress of the treatment.
Family psychotherapy is a service provided by a clinical therapist in which an individual’s family is involved in helping identify family stresses that contribute to disturbing thoughts and feelings and participate in developing solutions to reduce or remove these stresses.
