Reporting a Lost Item or Guests Checking for an item they’ve lost

If someone (patient, guest, or employee) needs to report something lost to Lost & Found do so by:

Unfortunately, our PCU waiting team cannot assist people with lost and found matters when they present at the PCU waiting desk. Please do not instruct guests to go to PCU waiting for any lost and found matters. The team in PCU is not the lost and found team.

Helping Find Lost Items

We do our best to assist patients and visitors in locating items they may have left or misplaced while at Parkwest Medical Center. If you want to inquire about an item you cannot find, you can do so by calling 865-373-2905 or filling out our online request form below. Calls will only be returned if we need more information about the lost item, or if we have found your item(s). Lost and found requests received after 4 p.m. or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day.

We will contact the owner by their preferred method of communication if we locate the item. If someone is notified that we have found their item, the best time to come pick it up is Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the main entrance of the hospital. Those picking up items will be asked to bring their bag # or other info provided to you by our Lost & Found team.

Parkwest Medical Center is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings, or the replacement cost of items.
