He is interested in helping his patients live healthy lifestyles and is passionate about educating the next generation of physicians. He says, “One of the reasons that I accepted the APD role is to play a part in helping build a program to train the next generation of family physicians. The mentoring physicians who trained me were profoundly influential on how I approach medicine now and I hope to have a similar effect on the residents that we train at Methodist. I have a passion for teaching and a desire to instill in residents a similar spirit in how they educate their patients in the clinic and hospital.”
