Fitness Assessment and Program Design

Each member has the option to complete a complimentary Fitness Assessment and Program Design every three months. One of our exercise physiologists will conduct a series of performance fitness tests to aid in the design of your program. A fitness instructor will design a personalized workout program after your assessment. They will show you how to set the machines you’ll be using and find the right amount of weight.

RENEW Weight Management Program

RENEW Small-Group Training consists of both conditioning and strength training in a 30-minute low-impact circuit workout. The groups usually consist of 3-5 people. This allows the personal trainer to focus on each person and coach proper exercise technique to maximize benefit, while minimizing injury risk.

Whether you’re interested in losing, maintaining or gaining weight or shifting your body composition, the RENEW program has you covered. The program inlcudes 12 30-minute small-group training sessions with a personal trainer per month to keep you motivated and engaged. A monthly wellness coaching session helps you with strategies to make your time inside and outside the gym more effective for achieving your goals.

Flex and Stretch

The Flex and Stretch program is an assisted stretching service where a stretching coach leads the body through a series of stretches individualized for each client. Each client’s body is different, and we strive to ensure a safe and personalized stretch for each client. After an initial assessment, the stretching coach will work to treat overactive and underactive muscles in the body.
