What Is Les Mills?

Les Mills is a global fitness brand with programs scientifically designed to ensure participants get the most out of each session in terms of strength, endurance and overall fitness.

These high-energy and motivational workouts include everything from yoga to cycling, dance, martial arts, HIIT and more. Every three months the team creates new releases to ensure participants stay motivated and challenge themselves.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete, there’s a Les Mills class suited to your fitness level, and instructors often provide modifications for different abilities.

Les Mills BODYATTACK

Les Mills BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves catered for total beginners to total addicts. This whole-body workout combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. You’ll build stamina and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility. Our instructors are there to motivate and give you low-impact options to tailor each workout to your fitness level.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, Les Mills BODYBALANCE is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. This ultimate warrior workout helps to develop coordination and release stress. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Destroy calories as you punch, kick, block and strike. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Les Mills BODYSTEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout that pushes fat-burning systems into high gear and increases cardio fitness.

In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Les Mills RPM

Born from the sport of cycle racing, RPM is a group indoor cycling workout that uses simulated climbs and sprints where you control the intensity.

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak, then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Les Mills Sprint

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.

The 30 minutes you put into a Les Mills SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

Les Mills GRIT Series

For a small membership upgrade, you can join 30-minutes of Small Group Training with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format, featuring three unique team training programs developed by experts to deliver transformative results, fast. LES MILLS GRIT takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT Cardio

Improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

GRIT Athletic

A plyometric-based workout designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

GRIT Strength

Designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
