History of All Women’s Care

Previously known as All Women’s Care, PLLC, this obstetrics and gynecology practice is staffed with experienced, board-certified providers, offering care for women by women. Founded by Dr. Tracie Traver, who fell in love with Maryville in 1996 while visiting the Smoky Mountains,  she and a colleague started the OB/GYN practice in February 1999.

In the more than 20 years the practice has been in operation, the staff has cared for thousands of women and helped bring hundreds of babies into the world. The expert providers continue to serve patients with an exceptional level of care (including robotic surgeries, in-office procedures, and aesthetic services), in an environment of warmth and genuine concern for their well-being.
