About Me
Dr. Garza began her career as an engineer, graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Engineering Science and Mechanics, then earned a second Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering while working for the Aluminum Company Of America. Realizing her true desire was to help people in a medical capacity, she earned her degree and served her residency at Quillen College of Medicine. Moving back to her home in Maryville with her husband, son and daughter in 2006, she joined All Women’s Care PLLC.
