About LeConte’s 2025 Silver Lamp Award Recipients

Billiter is a patient registration specialist in the admissions department and has worked at LeConte for two years. “Jessie is an amazing individual. She goes above and beyond to make our patients feel welcome,” says Samantha McGill, registration manager. “She ensures her coworkers receive the training they need to succeed. Jessie recently took on a project that will boost productivity and reduce salary costs across the department.”

Parton is a patient care assistant in the emergency department and has worked at LeConte for one year. “Coy has been a wonderful addition to the LeConte team,” McGill says. “His top priority is always to make sure each patient feels comforted and safe. He excels at problem solving and works collaboratively with his coworkers to find the best solutions for patient care.”

As students in the nursing program at Walters State Community College, Billiter and Parton plan to use their awards to assist with the cost of tuition, books, and other expenses.

Both of LeConte’s 2025 Silver Lamp Award recipients are outstanding healthcare professionals. As their career journeys continue, their contributions to LeConte and the broader community are sure to make a lasting impact.
