Connie Martin Nationally Recognized as a “Woman Hospital President and CEO to Know”

June 2025Fort Loudoun Medical Center’s president and chief administrative officer, Connie Martin, has been recognized on Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 list of “209 Women Hospital and Health System Presidents and CEOs to Know.” It is her second consecutive year being named to the list and is one of four women presidents and CEOs in Tennessee recognized.

Becker’s Hospital Review, a national publication focusing on hospital business news for healthcare executives, notes that women president and CEOs included on the list “are champions of expanding care access, advancing equity and inclusion and driving meaningful improvements in how healthcare is delivered.”

Martin, who has been in her role since 2022, is very involved in the community, creating health education series, investing in prospective medical students and aiding in physician recruitment. Fort Loudoun Medical Center, located in Lenoir City, Tennessee, offers comprehensive medical care covering 29 specialties, including stroke care, imaging and diagnostics, gastroenterology and surgical services.

Martin is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the East Tennessee Healthcare Executive Affiliation.
