The Sevier Country Public School System services the city of Sevierville and is made up of 9 public schools for grades pre-K through 12. Sevierville is also home to 4 different private educational institutions. Satellite campuses for several community colleges and four year institutions are also located in the city. Sevierville is a fun and exciting place to live, and the culture of the city reflects that attitude in a way to make it enjoyable for families and people of all ages.


The list of things to do in Sevierville is never-ending and always growing. Sevierville is full of activities for the young or old, outdoorsman or arts loving, adventure seeker or foodie. For big entertainment, residents can spend a day at Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country or Wilderness or the Smokies. Sevierville is also home to a variety of museums to engage both residents and visitors including a Muscle Car Museum, a Hollywood Wax Museum and Tennessee’s Museum of Aviation, among others. For those that enjoy eating, Sevierville boasts a plethora of exciting eateries and restaurants. With the Great Smoky Mountains at your doorstep, residents of Sevierville have the unique opportunity to step out of their house and onto a trail within minutes and take in the beauty of the National Park.
