Covenant Health’s employee pharmacy that is available to eligible, covered members of Covenant Health’s medical insurance plan.
Cost Savings
- Pricing at CovRX is at cost, meaning there is no mark-up on our purchase prices.
- Once your annual prescription deductible ($200 individual or $400 family) is met, you can get a 90-day supply of your eligible maintenance medication for a 60-day coinsurance, equaling one month of free medication!
How to Get Started
- Access the CovRX CovNet page and select the “Patient Profile” link. Fill out a new patient profile for every member of your family that will use CovRX.
- Contact your physician and have them send in new 90-day prescriptions or speak with a CovRX staff member about transferring prescriptions from your current pharmacy.
Accepted Insurance and Payment Information
- We accept the Covenant Health medical insurance plan only.
- We accept most manufacturer coupons and copay assistance cards.
- We only accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and flexible spending account cards. Cash, checks or payroll deductions will not be accepted.
