Urgent care fills the gap between your primary care provider and the emergency room. It’s the right place to go when a health concern needs attention today but is not life‑threatening.
Covenant Health Urgent Care offers walk‑in care with no appointment required. Online check‑in is also available to help reduce wait times. As part of East Tennessee’s largest healthcare system, our urgent care centers are staffed by skilled professionals who provide efficient care while taking time to listen and explain next steps.

Onsite X‑Rays and Lab Work at Many Locations
Many Covenant Health Urgent Care locations offer onsite digital X‑ray imaging, lab testing and bloodwork, allowing patients to receive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment during one single visit.
The following centers currently offer X‑ray services along with lab and bloodwork capabilities:

These onsite services are commonly used to help diagnose and treat:
- Suspected fractures, sprains and joint injuries
- Chest concerns such as pneumonia or persistent cough
- Illnesses requiring confirmation through lab testing, including strep, flu, COVID‑19 and UTIs.
Because services may vary by location, patients are encouraged to check out their preferred urgent care location page or call ahead if they have a specific diagnostic need.
Quick Physical Exams
Spring and summer are busy seasons for physical exams, and urgent care makes it easier to check them off the list. Covenant Health Urgent Care offers physicals for:
- Sports participation
- Camp requirements
- Basic employment and pre‑placement needs
These visits are often quicker than scheduling with a primary care provider, especially during peak seasons, making urgent care a convenient option for families and active individuals.
What We Treat

- Ear infections and sinus infections

Pediatric Urgent Care
Children tend to get sick at inconvenient times. That’s why Covenant Health Urgent Care sees patients age six months and older.
If your child comes home from school with pink eye, an earache, a sore throat or a fever, urgent care is a reliable option. Our providers are experienced in treating common pediatric illnesses and minor injuries. We focus on helping kids feel better quickly and comfortably.
Preventive and Routine Care
In addition to urgent needs, many of our locations offer primary care services. If you don’t have a primary care physician or just don’t have time to get an appointment, many of our centers offer:
