Covenant Health and Fort Sanders Perinatal Center welcome Angela Seasely, MD, MS.
Dr. Seasely is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Her clinical interests include adult reproductive genetics, high-risk prenatal care, pediatric genetics and prenatal genetics.
“Being able to provide continuity, support and a familiar face to my patients throughout the entire process, from pre-conception adult reproductive genetics to post-natal pediatric genetic care, is very important to me. I am lucky to be in such a captivating field that allows me to see such a wide range of patients — I greatly enjoy the complexity of taking care of women with a wide range of medical problems, as well as working in a multidisciplinary team, across specialties to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and their families.”
Dr. Seasely attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed her fellowship in maternal fetal medicine and medical genetics at the University of Alabama – Birmingham Hospital, and her residency in obstetrics and gynecology with Parkland Health and Hospital System at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biological sciences from Clemson University.
When not in the office, Dr. Seasely enjoys spending time with her family and black-and-white photography.

At Fort Sanders Perinatal Center, we’re here for women with pregnancies that require extra care, and we’re ready to help you make the best healthcare decisions from conception through delivery. For more than 25 years, we’ve provided comprehensive high-risk pregnancy services and delivered over 26,000 high-risk babies at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. We offer a range of care services for higher-risk pregnancies, including mothers over age 35, multiples, complications, birth defects, issues such as diabetes or hypertension, or pregnancies after infertility.
