Walk-In Clinics 

We offer walk-in care at three locations across East Tennessee: Crossville Medical Group Walk-In Clinic, FamilyCare Specialists Walk-In Clinic and Fort Loudoun Primary Care Walk-In Clinic. These clinics provide both primary care and low-cost walk-in services for nonemergency needs.  

Spotlight: FamilyCare Specialists Walk-In Clinic 

FamilyCare Specialists provides comprehensive primary care with an onsite walk-in clinic for same-day, nonemergency needs in West Knoxville. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and convenient online scheduling is also available to hold your place in line before you arrive. 

Because the walk-in clinic is part of a full primary care practice, each visit connects to your long-term health record. This supports coordinated care, easy follow‑up and an opportunity to establish a primary care provider if you don’t already have one.

Urgent Care Centers 

Covenant Health Urgent Care accepts walk-ins and offers Save My Spot, an online check-in tool that lets you hold your place in line before you arrive. With onsite X‑ray, lab testing and treatment for common illnesses and injuries, urgent care provides an accessible option for after-hours or weekend needs. 

We offer nine convenient urgent care locations across East Tennessee, all open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week:

Choosing the Best Care for Your Needs 

Walk‑in clinics and urgent care centers treat many of the same non-life‑threatening conditions, including: 

• Care for common illnesses and minor injuries 
• Point-of-care tests (strep, flu, mono, COVID-19)  
• Evaluation and treatment of sprains, strains and possible fractures with onsite X-ray
