Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup protein cottage cheese (we used Simple Truth Protein Cottage Cheese)
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce (we used Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce made with Avocado Oil)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 green onions, diced
- Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or a splash of lemon juice

Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder and hot sauce in a large bowl. Mix it all together.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8×8 oven-safe baking dish. Top with cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the green onions on top and serve while the dish is warm.
Serving Ideas
- Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, or sliced bell peppers
- Pair with whole‑grain crackers or tortilla chips for added fiber
