Claiborne Medical Center Recognized on “Cleanest Hospitals” List

May 2025- Claiborne Medical Center has been recognized on Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 list of “374 Cleanest Hospitals.” This is the second year in a row that Claiborne Medical Center received this designation.
Becker’s Hospital Review is a national publication focusing on hospital business news for healthcare executives. They compiled a list of hospitals with a CMS 5-star rating for cleanliness. This is a national, standardized survey of hospital patients about their experience during a recent hospital stay.

Claiborne Medical Center celebrated this recognition with a luncheon for their Environmental Services team on May 1, 2025. Claiborne President and Chief Administrative Officer Gordon Lintz thanked the EVS team for their dedication. He then stated, “We appreciate the attention to detail and pride in this facility that each of you show every day. You do an outstanding job in keeping our hospital clean, and this helps provide an excellent experience for our patients at Claiborne Medical Center.”
Claiborne Medical Center is located in Tazewell, Tennessee. It offers comprehensive medical care including stroke care, imaging and diagnostics, emergency and surgical services. It has been named an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital by the American Heart Association and is part of the Covenant Health system based in Knoxville, Tennessee.
