EMS Career Pathways – Enter at Any Level
Paramedic IV (Flight Paramedic FP-C)
- Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C)
- Certified Critical Care Paramedic
- Certified Community Paramedic
- Refer to Paramedic Step Rate Chart
Paramedic III
- Minimum 3 years in active paramedic role
- Dual specialization in Critical Care and Community Paramedicine
Paramedic II
- Minimum 2 years in active paramedic role
- Certified Critical Care or Certified Community Paramedic
- Refer to Paramedic Step Rate Chart
Paramedic I
- Licensed Paramedic
- Must hold active state EMTP license
- Refer to Paramedic Step Rate Chart
EMT Advanced
- Certified Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
- Must hold active state AEMT license
- Pay: Per facility
EMT Basic
- Certified Emergency Medical Technician (Basic)
- Must hold active state EMT license
- Pay: Per facility
Ambulance Operator
- Entry-level role focused on safe patient transport
- Require EVOC and CPR certification
- Pay: Per facility

Vehicle Capabilities
Our vehicles are equipped with Advanced Life Support and staffed with paramedics and emergency medical technicians who have advanced training in transport and medical interventions. Our fleet includes:
- One 24-hour ambulance—BLS/ALS equipped
- One 12-hour ambulance—BLS/ALS equipped
- One wheelchair van (operating M-F)
