Employee Appreciation

We love to celebrate our team! If you wish to show your appreciation for a staff member or employee team who has helped make your stay with us extra special, we have several options available to ensure the employee receives the recognition they deserve.

Daisy Award

We honor our nurses who provide extraordinary care with The DAISY Award, an international nurse recognition program that celebrates the compassion and skills nurses bring to patients and families every day. Honor a nurse who showed you incredible care by completing a nomination form.

BEE Award

Methodist Medical Center implemented The BEE (Being Exceptional Every day) Award to recognize employees who aren’t RNs and LPNs (they can be nominated at the link above). A DAISY can’t survive without a BEE and a BEE can’t survive without a DAISY!

Letter to Our Administrator

Another simple way to show your appreciation is by writing a letter to our administrator. You can mail your letter of appreciation to – Methodist Medical Center, Attn: Administration, 990 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN  37831-2529.

Chaplain’s Fund

You may choose to make a donation to our Chaplain’s Fund in honor of the employee(s) who provided you with extra special care. The Chaplain’s Fund provides services and assistance to employees and patients who are in need throughout the year. For more information, contact  865-835-4186.
