Strategic Planning and Ideation (6 points) – Team Workshop

Earn 6 points toward your leadership development goals while you also develop your department’s strategic plan. This is a hands-on workshop where we teach your team various problem-solving and strategic planning tools.

Given the content and interactive nature of a workshop, the audience will be set up differently than many of our other classes. For the workshop, it is best to have employee teams in the session. An ideal team would consist of a manager, supervisor, a lead, and a few front-line employees from your department. This will help ensure multiple and diverse perspectives during the ideation and strategic planning processes. If you are located in or near Knoxville, the workshops will be held at Centerpoint. For our facilities outside the city, we will bring the workshop to you, just ask.

Contact us today to register your team for the workshop.
