Covenant Health Fitness Center is one of Knoxville’s best kept secrets. It’s not just another gym, it is a Health and Fitness Center full of 5-star amenities for the entire family. Having been the flagship facility of the west Knoxville area since 1988 we take pride in our customer service while offering a wide variety of month-to-month memberships.

All of our memberships are month-to-month and give you access to everything in our club: indoor & outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, squash, over 80+ group classes per week, full fitness floor with staff to assist you during your workout, quarterly fitness assessment & program design, locker & towel service, childcare, and more.

In addition to the amenities found throughout the gym, our programs include aquatics, racquet sports, youth classes, individual training opportunities, weight management program, small group training, virtual fitness, and group fitness.  Our group fitness classes range from kickboxing and cardio classes to indoor cycling and mind/body wellness. Strength training options include resistance equipment, free weights, and body sculpting classes.

 

Tennis Court Renovations Are Complete!

Covenant Health Fitness Center is the top Knoxville Tennis facility, featuring four comfort-controlled, indoor hard courts, five lighted, outdoor tennis courts and 4 lighted, outdoor pickleball courts. We offer tennis programs, tennis clinics and so much more.

Personal Training

Perhaps you just need a change to your routine, a jump-start to your motivation? Personal Training is meant for all kinds of fitness levels; from just starting out to expert.

Knoxville’s Best Group Fitness

The Covenant Health Fitness Center offers members a wide variety of weekly group fitness classes including Barre, Cardio Dance, Indoor Cycling, Les Mills Classes, Aqua Aerobics and more.

We strive to bring our members safe and effective fitness programs while providing a wide range of different styles and formats to accommodate different fitness levels.

Personal Training Options

PT Consultation

Thinking about getting a personal trainer? The PT consultation is great way to get started as it includes an evaluation, goal setting session and (2) 30-minute training sessions.

Youth Personal Training

Specialized personal training designed for children and adolescents, focused on improving fitness, sports performance and overall physical health.

Private or Semi-Private Sessions

Involves either one-on-one coaching between you and a personal trainer, or a small group (typically 2 to 4 people) working with one trainer.

Small Group Training

Small group training typically ranges from 3 to 10 people and combines the benefits of personalized coaching with the social and motivational aspects of group workouts. Small group training also includes the Les Mills GRIT Series.

Half or Full-Hour Sessions

Session times are customizable to align with your schedule and personal health goals.
