Covenant Health Diagnostics offers affordable medical imaging services at a discounted price for patients paying out of pocket, whether you have healthcare insurance or not. All you need is a physician order for any of the following imaging services except screening mammograms.

If your physician orders multiple imaging, you will only pay the discounted price for one study and the additional site pricing for any additional studies. For example, if your physician orders an X-ray of your arm and leg, you will pay $60 for the first X-ray and $30 for the additional one.

Can I use this service if I have healthcare insurance?
Discounted imaging at Covenant Health Diagnostics is available to anyone except patients covered by governmental healthcare programs such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, TennCare/Medicaid, and TriCare.
Will you file my imaging service with my healthcare insurance company?
We will not submit an imaging claim to your insurance company. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We recommend you check with your insurance company to see if your imaging purchase can count toward your insurance deductible.
How do I pay for my discounted imaging service?
You may pay with a credit card or cash. Payment in full is due at time of registration. If you cannot pay at registration, we will help you reschedule your procedure.
How do I get my test results?
Your test results will be available from the provider who requested your imaging procedure(s). You may also view your results through MyCovenantHealth, our convenient, secure way for you to access your healthcare information within the Covenant Health system.
