To Access the Portal, Follow These Steps:

Self-Registration

• Log in to MyCovenantHealth.
• Select Create Account and complete all the required information. If your information matches what we have on file for you, then you will be able to establish your username and password. If you have already created an account and signed up you can simply log in to your portal.
