    To help us provide efficient care for our patients, plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. (You may be asked to reschedule if you are unable to arrive 30 minutes early.) Please bring these items with you: 

    • Current health insurance information and photo ID
    • All medications you’re currently taking, in their original containers or in a list with dosages/times

    Visitation Policy

    • You may bring two guests to your appointment. A child counts as one guest regardless of age.
    • For ultrasound visits, please do not bring two children as your guests. One adult guest must be present if your second guest is a child. Ultrasounds will be rescheduled if both guests are children.

  • Prescription Refills

    Please request prescription refills during normal business hours and before 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.

    Prescriptions will not be refilled on weekends or holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I go to the hospital if I bleed early in pregnancy?

Some bleeding is completely normal and is not an emergency. If you experience bleeding during the first 14 weeks of pregnancy, please call the office the next business day to talk with one of our nurses.

If I am instructed to go to the hospital, where do I go?

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the hospital closest to you. If your situation is urgent, but not life-threatening, go to Cumberland Medical Center at 421 S Main Street, Crossville, TN 38555, where all of our physicians have staff privileges and there will be a Cumberland Women’s Healthcare doctor on call. The main phone number for the hospital is 931-484-9511.

Is there a way to make my office visit go faster?

Yes! Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment and bring your photo ID and current health insurance information. On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out registration forms. You may choose to pre-register by downloading, printing and completing these forms and bringing them to your appointment. The forms are available in the Patient Information section of this page. Completing the forms prior to your visit will help speed up the new patient registration process.

How can I make or change an appointment?

To request an appointment, please call 931-459-7911 Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance and let us know.
