Covenant Health Welcomes Ruth Fisher as Senior Vice President of Cardiovascular Services

October 2025 – Covenant Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruth Fisher, MBA, as Senior Vice President of Cardiovascular Services, effective October 20, 2025. In this role, Fisher will bring her vast experience to lead strategy and vision for the next chapter Covenant Health’s cardiovascular services, advancing clinical excellence and operational performance across the organization.

Fisher brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, most recently serving as Vice President of Heart & Vascular Services at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her career spans executive roles at Henry Ford Health System, Ascension Michigan and Beaumont Health, where she has been recognized for driving innovation, quality improvement and collaborative partnerships with physicians and community stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Fisher demonstrated a commitment to community engagement and professional development, she served on committees for organizations such as the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Intervention and served on the board for the American Heart Association Heart Walk.
