Crossville Medical Group Welcomes Paul Black, MD

July 2025 – Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group are pleased to welcome Paul Black, MD, to Crossville Medical Group, a primary care practice with locations in Crossville and Fairfield Glades.

Dr. Black provides primary care for all ages and provides evidence-based treatments for progressive illnesses.

Dr. Black earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten. He completed his family practice residency in the University of Tennessee Medical Center’s department of family medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to earning his medical degree, he earned his Master of Physical Rehabilitation degree from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego in Krokow, Poland, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.

Dr. Black is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Black is accepting new patients.
