March 2025 – Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group are pleased to welcome Luis Pannocchia, MD, to Heartland Primary Care, a primary care practice located in New Tazewell.
Dr. Pannocchia attended UTESA School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Darby, Pennsylvania. He completed his family practice residency at East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine in Kingsport, Tennessee.
