Oak Ridge Surgeons Welcomes Ashley Day, DO
September 2025 – Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group are pleased to welcome Ashley Day, DO, to Oak Ridge Surgeons.
Dr. Day specializes in general surgery. Her interests include access to and outcomes of general surgery in rural and underserved populations, improvement of post-operative and discharge education of patients, and technological and technical advancements in general surgery.
Dr. Day earned her medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She completed her surgical internship and residency at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital in Jackson, Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
